Author: H.R. Savage
Genre: Paranormal Romance (Standalone)
Release Date: May 28, 2019

The scorching final novel of the Wolf Creek Shifters series...

When an egotistical Warlock shows up and tells her she’s in danger, she dismisses him, and his desire, to help. That is, until death shows up to take her down.
As the anticipated next leader of his coven, Warlock Aidan Wood always follows the rules. But when a vision shows him the death of a familiar sexy Shifter with gold eyes, he battles with the desire to save her and the laws that have been pounded into his head. It doesn't help that she wants nothing to do with him.
Her impending death is looming, with a threat that goes deeper than either of them imagined. Now, Aidan must choose between what is easy and what is right.

MY REVIEW:

A fast paced, sinful, captivating paranormal romance with ALL the feels, chemistry and entertainment I could ask for!

Claimed By Magic was a real page turner guys. Smoking hot, romantic, sweet with plenty of action and a great plot that intrigued me from start to finish. This is a perfectly paced book with excellent characters and romance that both sizzled and had me melting. I didn't want to see this book end!

Claimed By Magic gets a CAPTIVATING FIVE SHOOTING STARS!

“I like you in this sweater.”
She laughed. “I think you like me in anything I wear. Especially if it’s nothing.”

“Mmhmm,” he agreed, using his tongue against her skin, paying special attention the area behind her ear. She tilted her head back against him and sighed.
“Aidan,” she reprimanded, flipping the pancake to the uncooked side. “I’m cooking. I’m hungry.”
“I see that,” he mumbled, then nipped the end of her ear. He pushed her hair away from the back of her neck with one hand and continued his exploration with his mouth. The taste of her skin against his tongue was better than any pancake could ever be.
“But we have a problem,” he continued, sliding his hands up the front of the sweater. The flat of her stomach twitched when he trailed his hand over her belly button and she sucked in a breath. “I’m craving something even better than pancakes.”
“Nothing is better than pancakes,” she said, her voice light and breathy.
“Oh, I beg to differ.” He cupped her breasts in his hands, the rounded globes filling his palms. She dropped the spatula to the counter and gasped when he pinched her nipples. They pebbled between his fingers and he sucked on the skin on her neck.
“The food is going to get cold,” she said, still making excuses even though her back arched, pushing her breasts further into his hands. He used one hand to grip her hip and rubbed his rock-hard cock against her.
“I don’t care. Come back to bed with me, Fallon.”
She groaned, the frustration clear, but she quickly flipped the heat off on the stove and turned in his arms. “You’re insatiable.”
Only for you, he thought, but couldn’t voice it. Instead, he captured her lips with his own and lifted her. She wrapped her legs around his waist and pulled at his hair. The sharp pain at his scalp made him hiss and bite on her bottom lip. She gasped and leaned back, gazing into his eyes. Those amazing golden irises searched his own, her lips already red from the night before.
“But I get it.”

Author H.R. Savage (Heather) started reading romance at an age that made her father cringe as she tried to hide the cover behind her hands. Due to the encouragement of her English teachers at her small town school in La Verne, California, her love for the art of writing only grew and blossomed. Now a woman who swears by the power of coffee, Chinese food, and wine (not necessarily in that order), she decided it was time to create stories from the characters in her head.
When Heather isn’t writing, outlining, or pinning pictures of hot ‘character inspirations’ on Pinterest™, she is spending time with her three beautiful children and handsome hubby at their home in San Bernardino, CA.

ARC Review - In The Swim Of Things by Tracie Banister!

BLURB:

A sexy, sun-soaked tale about a tail-wearing girl who makes a lot of waves—perfect for fans of Lauren Layne, Meghan Quinn, and Christina Lauren.

Ocean-loving Kyra Goodwin had to give up her dream of becoming the female Jacques Cousteau in order to take care of her father and brother, but being a mermaid at the Cape Cod Aquarium is pretty fintastic as far as alternative careers go.

Of course, life as a half-fish/half-woman isn’t all sunken treasure and Ariel twirls. Kyra has to deal with perpetually pruney fingers, eyes irritated by saltwater, and bratty kids on the daily, plus her glam alter ego can make dating really weird. (So many men have pervy siren-of-the-sea fantasies!) When she meets hunky surfer Cade, and he’s into her without knowing what she does for a living, Kyra thinks she’s finally won the romance lottery.

Unfortunately, Kyra’s plans for a carefree summer of catching waves with her new boyfriend run aground when Sea Star Beach, a place that holds great sentimental value for her, is taken over by a big-city developer who wants to build an exclusive resort. Kyra’s crusade to save her beloved beach threatens both her job and her relationship with Cade as does her growing closeness with her irresistibly broody merwrangler, Declan, whose precocious daughter is intent on playing matchmaker.

When a new family drama arises just as Kyra receives an offer that would turn her greatest desire into reality, she’s torn. Will she do what’s expected of her, or dive in and follow her heart?

MY REVIEW:

I LOVED this giggle inducing, feel REAL good, fun loving romance! In The Swim of Things was and is a FABULOUS, Tail-waving story that had my heart fluttering wildly and had a smile blooming on my face from the very start.

This is my first book I have read from Tracie Banister and it sure as hell won't be my last! I LOVED the way this book was written. And the thought of being a "mermaid" is magical and perfect and I LOVED the idea of a heroine who was one and thought it was the best job. I would SO want to audition for one myself if I could. Kyra was magnificent too. Wild, passionate, beautiful, smart and sweet I liked her right away. This story was full of drama, fun, sexy times and the perfect amount of chemistry and fun in the sun. I do hope there will be more "mermaid" stories because this book had me hooked! This is the PERFECT book to take to the beach too! It will put a smile on a readers face and have them going after their dreams in full force!

In The Swim Of Things gets a TAIL-TASTIC FIVE SPARKLING STARS!

ARC Review - Take Me Down by Carly Phillips!

BLURB:

Opposites not only attract, they combust!

Parker Knight was going through the motions… and then he met her.

In sweet, sexy Emily Stevens and the rundown resort she runs with her father, Parker sees the chance to reclaim the life he once lost and take care of the first woman who makes him feel … everything. He wants her in a way he’s never desired a woman before and yearns to sample the treats the sexy baker has to offer.

But Emily doesn’t trust charming city guys, especially one who is going to leave when his time off is over. No matter how good he makes her feel, in bed or out.

Parker has his hands full, not only with a wary Emily but with someone who doesn’t want the lodge to succeed, and if things keep getting worse, not even a Knight can save her.

MY REVIEW:

Take Me Down was EVERYTHING I have been craving and more! A incredible sizzling romance with a yummy hero and a heroine who I am totally girl crushing on!

Carly Phillips hit a home run with this book folks. It hits ALL the feels and ALL the chemistry and it SO hit ALL the right places inside my heart. Parker and Emily are two amazing characters. They pulled me in with their pasts and their romance and made me feel so good. My heart flew wide for this story and I HIGHLY recommend it!

Take Me Down gets a UNBELIEVABLY GOOD FIVE STUNNING STARS!

ARC Review - Rock Her Crazy by Cassandra Lawson!

BLURB:

I’ve got it all—an amazing band, fans screaming when I take the stage, and groupies vying for my affection. Well, maybe I don’t have everything. There’s no man to share my life with, mostly because I attract the wrong guys. Somewhere along the way, people decided that I’m a dominatrix. Sure, I’m a strong woman, but I much prefer having a man pin me to a wall and kiss me senseless to having him lick my boots. Yes, guys really offer that regularly, much to the amusement of my bandmates.

Jared Roberts isn’t one of those submissive guys offering to lick my boots, and something tells me he can kiss a woman senseless. Of course, it doesn’t matter since Jared doesn’t like me, or so I thought until he was assigned as my personal security. Once I started spending more time with Jared, he became my number one fantasy guy, and it didn’t take long to realize I wasn’t the only one waking up alone with tangled sheets and an aching need.

With my stalker creating even more problems for me, the last thing I should be thinking about is getting involved with Jared. I should be more concerned with him protecting me. Still, I can’t help but wonder if he’d have an easier time keeping me safe if he was much closer. If nothing else, he could help me with my aching need.

MY REVIEW:

WOOOOOHOOOOOOOO!!! Ready for another AWE-MAZING story from Cassandra Lawson featuring a bad arse heroine and a hero who will make your panties AND heart melt in a heartbeat? Rock Her Crazy satisfied my EVERY desire in this book!

This book is CRAZY good! Jared and Harley is my favorite couple! Harley is strong, bold, beautiful, talented and who needs a equally strong hero and I feel she got that with Jared. And Jared, oh WOWZA, this guy made me SWOON and SIGH, and MELT! Add in some good solid suspense and a wild romantic ride between these two and we get a story that gave me the good vibes. There was plenty of wickedly delicious sexy times along with sizzling chemistry, great banter and a plot that was both smooth and perfect. This is my favorite book HANDS DOWN. I loved Jared and Harley with every fiber of my being and enjoyed the heck out of their story.

Rock Her Crazy gets a WONDERFUL FIVE AMAAAAAAZING STARS!

Written With Regret Blog Tour Stop with ARC Review!

WWR - BT banner.jpg

Written With Regret, the first in an all-new emotional duet from USA Today bestselling author Aly Martinez, is available now!

WW Regret FOR WEB

Every little girl dreams of the fairytale. The one where the white knight rushes in to save her from the clutches of evil. They fall in love, have babies, and live happily ever after.
By that definition, my life should have been a fairytale too.
When I was eight years old, Caven Hunt saved me from the worst kind of evil to walk the Earth. It didn’t matter that I was a kid. I fell in love with him all the same.
But that was where my fairytale ended.
Years later, a one-night stand during the darkest time imaginable gave us a little girl. It was nothing compared to the pitch black that consumed me when I was forced to leave her with Caven for good.
At the end of every fairytale, the happily-ever-after is the one thing that remains consistent. It wasn’t going to be mine, but there hadn’t been a night that passed where I hadn’t prayed that it would be hers.
I owed Caven my life.
However, I owed that innocent child more.
And that included ripping the heart from my chest and facing her father again.

MY REVIEW:

A SHOCK INDUCING, WILL BLOW YOUR MIND AND LEAVE YOU ON THE EDGE STORY THAT LEFT MY JAW DROPPED, MY EMOTIONS RUNNING WILD AND MY HEART SHATTERED, MELTED, AND SOMEHOW MENDED BACK TOGETHER AGAIN!

Written With Regret is the first book in ALy Martinez's new Regret Duet and I have to say y'all, this book WAS SOMETHING AMAZING! The story was written PERFECTION! Excerpt:

Life had never been easy for me. Chaos had been following me like a dark cloud, looming and hovering, casting its shadow far and wide despite how bright the path in front of me should have appeared. After growing up the way I had, where happiness had been more of a privilege than a choice, I knew better than to believe that that moment would be anything other than fleeting.
And one second later, the universe proved me right.
I opened the door to see who had rung the bell—a cursory check revealed an empty hallway.
And that’s when I heard it: the sound that changed not only my entire life in the present, but my life for all future days to come.
At first, it was just a grunt, but as if that baby could feel my gaze, the minute my eyes made contact, it let out a sharp cry.
Confusion hit me like a lightning bolt, sending me back a step. I used the door frame for balance as I took in the yellow blanket with a hole only big enough to reveal a pale-pink face.
“What the fuck?” I breathed. Glancing around the hall, I waited for someone to jump out and start laughing. When no one spoke up to issue a punchline, I took a step closer and repeated, “What the fuck?”
I was utterly unable to process the absurdity in front of me.
Of course, I knew the facts.
It was a baby.
On my doorstep.
Alone.
But the why in that equation was glaringly absent.
“Uhhh,” Ian drawled, peering over my shoulder. “Why is there a kid at your door?”
“I have no idea,” I replied, staring down at the squirming and now-screaming bundle. “It was just there when I opened the door.”
Ian shoved me to the side so he could stand beside me. “You’re shitting me, right?”
“Does it look like I’m shitting you?”
He looked from me to the baby, then back again. “How did it get there?”
We were two incredibly smart men who had created a technology empire out of nothing. But, clearly, a baby was too big for either of us to wrap our minds around.
I swept an arm out and pointed to the kid. “I have no clue, but I’m assuming it didn’t catch a cab.”
A light of understanding hit his eyes. He moved first, stepping over the crying baby and hurrying down the hall, searching around the corner near the elevator before returning alone.
The party continued behind me, but even with the door open, the loud chatter was no match for the ear-piecing cries happening in that hallway.
Veronica suddenly appeared beside me, her body going solid as she stammered out. “Is that…a baby?”
“Back up,” I urged, throwing my arm out to block her path as though the infant were going to suddenly morph into a rabid animal. And let’s be honest, I knew nothing about babies. Anything was possible.
Ian dropped to his knees, scooping up the wailing child. Meanwhile, I stood there like a gawking idiot, paralyzed by a weight I didn’t yet understand.
“Call the pol—” He stopped abruptly and reached into the top of the child’s blanket. “Oh shit,” he whispered, his wide, panic-filled eyes flashing to mine.
“What?” I asked, stepping toward him to get a better look at the kid. Only it wasn’t that tiny baby cradled in his arms that made my heart stop and bile rise in my throat.
There, in my best friend’s hand, was a folded piece of notebook paper that had been tucked into the child’s blanket. From the looks of it, the paper was unremarkable in every sense of the word. Blue lines, white spaces, hanging remnants from where it had been haphazardly ripped from a spiral bound notebook. Even the crease was crooked. But it was my name scrawled on the outside in messy, black ink that made it the most remarkable paper in existence.
I snatched it from his hand and, with blood roaring in my ears, opened it.
Caven,
I’m sorry. I never meant for this to happen. This is our daughter Keira. I’ll love her forever.  Take care of her the way I can’t.
Written with regret,
Hadley
The hall began to spin, my head feeling like every ounce of blood had been drained from my body. The thundering in my ears faded and the loud chatter of my guests, who were suddenly aware that something was happening at the door, roared to life.
And then the chaos finally found me all over again—the past playing out in my head like my life flashing before my eyes.
I sucked in a deep breath and looked at the baby in his arms. The blanket had fallen off its head just enough to reveal a patch of fine hairs, more orange than its mother’s red.
“Call the police,” I declared, turning on a toe and walking back into my apartment, leaving Ian standing in the hall with Hadley’s child.
Shoving through the crowd of concerned onlookers, I headed straight to the bottles of liquor lining the counter. I didn’t bother with ice or even a glass. I threw back that bottle of vodka, hoping like hell the burn of the alcohol could numb the panic coursing through my veins.
Through it all, that baby never stopped crying.

Title: Hammered
Authors: Pippa Grant & Lili Valente
Genre: Romantic Comedy
 Release Date: May 28, 2019

Blurb

I didn’t mean to kidnap the groom.

It was an accident.

Mostly...

At least I didn't take much time to plan it. It was more of a spur of the moment kidnapping. Does that count?

One minute, the town’s bad boy is standing at the altar about to marry the world’s most evil kindergarten teacher. The next, he’s passed out in my Vespa sidecar with his bride hot on our tail.

But I didn't have a choice! I couldn't stand by and watch Jace O’Dell be blackmailed into a loveless marriage. And besides, what’s a little kidnapping between friends?

Okay, so maybe we’re not just friends...

And maybe I can’t quit thinking about that night at his bar when he closed up early and had me on the rocks.

And maybe this crazy stunt is going to blow up in both of our faces.

If it does, I’m blaming the moonshine.

Even though the only thing I’m hammered on when it comes to Jace is love—straight up, no chaser.

MY REVIEW:

Looking for a HILARIOUS, SEXY AND CRAMMED WITH FUN romantic comedy that will have you laughing and giggling for hours? Then your in luck! This book is a MUST HAVE!

Title: Faking Ms. Right
Author: Claire Kingsley
Genre: Contemporary Rom/Com

“When I kissed you last night, I wasn’t pretending.”
Everly Dalton is a walking, talking, martini-drinking dating disaster. Forget kissing frogs. She can’t even get past the first date. But at work, she’s a badass—the longest-running assistant billionaire Shepherd Calloway has ever had. Her coworkers wonder how she handles the big bad wolf—and never gets bit.
Shepherd Calloway isn’t interested in being anyone’s sugar daddy. Tired of women who only want him for his money, he swears off dating, determined to focus on running his empire. Until his gold-digging ex hits him where it hurts, putting him in a difficult position.
His solution—to have Everly pose as his live-in girlfriend—is obviously crazy. But the timing is uncanny. It just so happens Everly needs a favor from her boss—a big and awkward one—and this could ensure everyone gets what they want.
Besides, Everly can totally survive a few months of faux romance.
Except there’s a problem. Shepherd is supposed to be a single-minded, unemotional robot boss. Not an actual human with a heart and morning wood. Between the awkward bed-sharing and tingly fake dates, lines are blurring. And as Everly gets to know the real Shepherd, she discovers there’s more to the man behind the bank account.
And faking it gets all too real.
