MY REVIEW:

Alexandr's Reluctant Submissive is Part 2 to Jessica and Alex's story. It pretty much picks up where Part 1 ended. I enjoyed Alex and Jessica in Part 1 and found it to be emotional, heart-poundingly sexy, and super erotic. As I was reading Part 2, I found it to be even MORE wickedly sensual and MORE sweaty, and heart-wrenching, yet MORE powerful then the first part. Jessica is now more woman then she was in Part 1. Things have changed for her since their time apart and I found myself not just liking her, but admiring her strength, passion, and determination to prove just what kind of woman she has turned into. Alex has turned more dominant, determined, and with slightly stronger appetites due to his and Jessica's time apart. 

With this book, I found myself crying at times and fist bumping the air as I cheer for both Alex and Jessica's happiness. The love scenes are hotter then before, with more delicious kink that will blow your mind!  I was SOOOOO glad there was a Part 2, lets just leave it at that.  Ann Mayburn knows her way around the BDSM world and themes. Her characters are mouth-watering sexy, the writing is wonderful, and the story is nearly impossible to put down! For those that enjoy Cherise Sinclair and her Masters of Shadowland series, they will no doubt LOVE Ann Mayburn's Submissive's Wish books!
