MY REVIEW:

I swear this series gets more intense, electrifying, and more H-O-T with each new book! Searing Ecstasy is the 7th book in Setta Jay's A Guardians of the Realms Series and its the one most fans have been waiting for because its finally Drake's story. This story had so much tension, sexual and otherwise because of all that has happened in the last couple of books, that its freaking hard to put it down. Drake and Delia just shocked the ever loving hell out of me with their incredible soul connection and the strength that Delia has  because of what that evil Cyril did to her. Her powers matched Drake's perfectly. When things felt like they are getting out of hand for her, Drake reins in her powers back to her. I enjoyed how incredibly possessive and protective she was with Drake. It was an instinct that she did NOT want to ignore and she didn't. Drake was so good with her too. After everything that has happened with Delia, he doesn't treat her like she is broken, but treats her like she is the bravest and strongest female he has ever laid eyes on. Their story was beautiful, scorching, and sexy as can be.

Another amazing thing we get in Searing Ecstasy is ONE other mating: Sander and Nastia's.  Their mating was fierce, dominating, and freaking so damn kinky that it literally burned things down as they both caved into the mating frenzy. It was like we got a two for one deal in this book with double the matings and double the deliciously wicked sex! That isn't the only thing going on either in the story. Hades is out and hiding something from not just the Guardians, but mainly his son, he can't seem to get a link on the missing Apollo, and we finally get to see just how powerful a real God is. Plus the ending had me squealing and  OMGing long after I finished the story. 

Setta Jay has got to be one of the most talented authors I have ever had the pleasure of reading and reviewing for. Her imagination knows no bounds and her writing is sinful, wicked, and oh so good! This story will have readers BEGGING for more...like NOW! Searing Ecstasy was lip-biting good that I gave it a SMOKING FIVE SHOOTING STARS! I loved every wicked, action-packed moment and will be waiting a bit impatiently, for the next book. I HIGHLY and I mean HIGHLY recommend not just, Searing Ecstasy, but the WHOLE series, 1-7!
