MY REVIEW:

Another devastatingly delicious read in Lynnette's  Cowboy Mates Series! And another story featuring some wickedly hot BDSM scenes. A little bit lighter then Touching Deuce, but just as hot. Jake reminded me of a...lost soul. Not knowing exactly where to go or who to trust, especially with the death of his parents, until Claire came along. Claire was his ray of sunshine. She made him feel whole and alive, and brought all his dominance and protectiveness to the forefront. With Claire's empathic abilities, she knows Jake is hers and knows how to deal with his pain. She makes it her mission to submit to Jake and to show him how to heal. She loves him, all of him and she does an AMAZING job of bringing Jake back to the living and showing him love and tenderness.

I loved Jake's dominate side. He has no problem showing his gorgeous angel who is in charge. Yet he also treats her like a princess and gives her exactly what she needs and craves without making her feel like she is dirty or worthless. The sex is beyond good, and had my own knees just shaking from his dominance. Lynnette weaved a story full of passion, scorching sex, and nonstop action. 

I can't seem to get enough of Lynnette's stories. Whether its her Cowboy Mates series or Triad Mates Series, she does an excellent job with her books and always knows how to get us readers to crave more. Jake's Angel got a FIVE SHOOTING STARS from me! It has exactly what I want in a good romance: HOT HOT HOT sex, great characters, smoldering passion, and a good strong plot.
