Netgalley ARC Review - Size Matters by Alison Bliss!

BLURB:

The rules of (fake) engagement . . .
Leah Martin has spent her life trying to avoid temptation. But she's sick of low-fat snacks, counting calories, and her hyper-critical mom. Fortunately, her popular new bakery keeps her good and distracted. But there aren't enough éclairs in the world to distract Leah from the hotness that is Sam Cooper - or the fact that he just told her mother that they're engaged . . . which is a big, fat lie.

Sam sometime speaks before he thinks. So what started out as defending Leah's date-ability to her judgmental mother soon turned into having a fiancee! Now the plan is to keep up the fake engagement, stay "just friends," and make Leah's family loathe him enough to just call the whole thing off . But Sam has an insatiable sweet tooth, not only for Leah's decadent desserts but her decadent curves. Her full lips. Her bright green eyes. Yep, things aren't going quite according to plan. Now Sam has to convince Leah that he's for real . . . before their little lie turns into one big, sweet disaster.

MY REVIEW:

Here is a BRAND new book by Alison Bliss and this features a beautiful plus size woman and the man that cant seem to stop unintentionally insulting her whenever she is near. I have to say this story was fun, witty, charming, sexy, frustrating, and definitely had me craving sweets!

I LOVE Alison Bliss and her books! She does a fabulous job of writing a book that contain great characters and chemistry that sizzles along with a plot that you can't help but to get into. Sam and Leah try to fight their attraction as they go through this "fake" engagement, but everything they feel is so intense and HOT, that soon they are giving in and falling for the other, even as they try to stop and slow things down. OMG I LOVED this type of tension! I WANT AND NEED more stories with plus sized gals! Miss Bliss did a fantastic job with Leah. Leah reminded me so much of myself that I couldn't help but to like her. And Sam, he was a great guy. He came off as a jerk one moment and the sweetest man the next and the combination just made me want to slap him and climb him like a tree.

Size Matters gets a DELICIOUSLY EDIBLE FOUR AND A HALF SHOOTING STARS! This book will just prove that size doesn't matter when it comes to the heart and incredible passion. Run...don't walk to get your copy.
