MY REVIEW:

A dark, slightly sinister romantic suspense that left me breathless, a bit scared, and my heart racing! While the story had a lot of action and on the edge of your seat danger, it also had some fantastic romance that had me sighing. I LOVE Blake and Samantha! Blake is my new favorite hero! He is gorgeous, protective and the way he hovers over Samantha and  the way he comes after her had my heart sighing in pure happiness! Nobody does a romantic suspense like Cynthia Eden and I can't seem to get enough of them. After The Dark felt a bit more darker with the kind of enemy that lurked in the story but the sizzling, sweet romance is downright addicting and one of the things I ADORE most about a Cynthia Eden story!

After The Dark is a written masterpiece! Danger, suspense, mystery, romance and a never ending whirl of emotions, this book had. It. All. I had a heck of a time putting it down and the way everything intertwines will make you chew your nails and will leave your eyes gritty as you can't seem to turn the pages fast enough and you SO don't want to blink in case you miss something!
