I LOOOOOVE Katie McCoy and let me tell you why...she gives yet ANOTHER SUPER FUN, STEAMY, IRRESISTIBLE, CHARMING ROMANTIC COMEDY THAT NOT ONLY HAD ME SMILING, BUT SIGHING IN TRUE CONTENTMENT!
HeartThrob is a friends to lovers/fake romance that had me grinning ear to ear while the romance is swoon worthy, sweet, heartfelt and full of HOT, SWEATY, DELICIOUS sex and some SERIOUS fall over laughing moments that had tears of mirth falling from my eyes! I just freaking ADORED Jax..his accent and the way he was described had my heart instantly flip-flopping inside my chest. I wanted to reach within the book and snuggle him and climb him like a tree! And Penny, well I can absolutely relate to her. She doesn't think she is anything special or beautiful but I thought she was stunning and just perfect and the way she and Jax had such a good friendship and when he seeks her help through the ruse of a fake girlfriend, I could feel the chemistry and the love that blossomed from simple friendship. This story is completely romantic, charming and most assuredly enchanting! Its a wonderful story that I can't wait to read again!
